I text Ray about a yellow jacket hive about 4 feet from my front door. Ray responded 15 minutes later and told me he could be out the same day. Ray showed up and he was very friendly. It's been 3 hours since the hive was treated and I don't see any activity. Ray mentioned that if the bees are not completely gone in 48 hours to give him a call. Thanks Ray, greatly appreciate the service.

But working with Ray made the experience seamless and easy. He was efficient and communicated his process thoroughly.
