I live at a rental property that they service and they are always on the ball with anything I call for. Usually are out here within 24hrs of me calling and always extremely friendly.

The service was great here. They were on time and efficient. The problem has been getting the service canceled when i moved! I have called numerous times and emailed trying to get the service canceled, yet I still keep getting notices that service is scheduled. Then they told me the guy picked up the "bait stations" when he went out. I've never had bait stations! I only had service for ants and wasps. Now she told me they will go out and pick up the bait stations, I again told her I've never had bait stations!!! The girl in the office hung up on me.
