What a piece of c$%p . I bought a 2016/17 new Marlette Batchaler,. there isn't enough space to write down what was wrong with my home. The toilets in both bathrooms were installed crooked, the light fixtures were installed crooked, the molding around the kitchen cabinets were crooked and uneven. I could go on but the point is they didn't know how to run a tape measure or a level. It was 3 months late taboot. I'm sure glad the roof don't leak.
This is about the home itself. We are four years into a new Marlette home. It is very poorly made. Things are constantly breaking. Towel racks come out of the walls. The center in the ceiling where it was connected is cracking. The counter surface in the kitchen can’t take heat and is warping near the dishwasher. The carpets became very loose and we had to pay someone to fix it. The lock on the sliding door broke. I would never recommend this home to anyone. We are unfortunately stuck with it. We are older and very gentle on the home. I hate to think of what it would look like if we had kids.
