I came in in the morning to get a couple of pairs of glasses adjusted so that they could fit me more comfortably. One of the pairs I asked for the nose pads to be replaced. What I got back was new nose pads AND new screws! Sounds fine, until I put them on and they didn't feel right on my face. They were totally lopsided. The tech said she didn't notice how crooked they were on me, but took them back to adjust them again. They came back somehow worse!? She was getting annoyed and frustrated with me because heaven forbid I want my glasses to fit comfortably. The second pair just needed one side to be adjusted. I have been going to Lifetime vision source for well over 20 years and have always been very well cared for. Both Dr.’s Drotzman and Arritt went above and beyond when I had an eye emergency and it was clear that my vision was their priority.

My elderly mother insisted I write this review, which has to be a testament to how good of a job Anthony did on fixing her glasses. She said they were completely flat and thought that it wasn't fixable. Well some how he got them back to looking new and she couldn't be happier. Thanks
