The insurance is fine - good value, reasonable rate.
However, the agent will not return phone calls, texts or email. Twice, after repeated attempts to reach him regarding questions I had, I found I needed to drive to Hermiston, (30 miles one way), and speak with his office manager to get my questions answered.
