OSO Kleen’s office employee called me the day before to confirm my appointment, then technicians Leo and Pedro called me that morning that they were on their way. They were polite and efficient, explained what they were planned to do, then afterwards explained what they actually did, even sending me a video of the inside of our intake vent. My floors were swept afterwards by Pedro. I am glad to have this done, and impressed how professional both workers were. Cost? Travel was 100 miles roundtrip, time to complete a bit over 2 hours (i moved obstacles away from vents myself the night before), 9 vents and furnace, ducts and vents sanitized…only $304. I highly recommend OSO Kleen.“
