Alice is great and has worked with us throughout the process and made everything fairly easy. Even came to let us in one night after hours when we locked our keys in the house. Would recommend her for your property rental needs.

We have rented two properties from Alice and love her. She is honest, professional and honest. She quickly responds to all her tenant inquiries. She is simply one of the best. I highly recommend Alice if you are looking for a new home to rent.

I have had the privilege of working with Alice Lindley of Optimum Property Management on two occasions; once for a vacation rental and once for a long-term rental. Any issues were dealt with promptly, professionally and diligently. The vacation rental turned into a three-month stay.. The long-term rental lasted a little over two years and I would have stayed and worked with Alice for a very long time, but the home was sold. I have had nothing but positive experiences with her company and staff. I consider her to be professional and detail-oriented. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent short or long term and anyone looking for a great property manager.
