I’d watched Karen in action with my husband & was impressed with her training & expertise. Her ability to explain details was easy to follow. When she finished testing me, it was my turn to find out I do have some issues. She explained, again thoroughly, gave comparative examples of her own hearing & those of my husband. I felt comfortable & have clear understanding of how my hearing might change. Can’t forget the young ladies also assisting. They’re very gentle, kind & helpful. When assisting others, particularly the elderly, they make sure the customer understands their instructions & ask if they have questions. They make eye contact & have a smile for each person. One of my favorite places to visit! Exceptional knowledge & still fun to chat with.“

“The MD and 3 FNP's at this clinic are all excellent - highly competent, responsive, empathetic. They take the time to listen to patients carefully and never rush an appointment, even when they are extremely busy. The staff is equally excellent - messages and RX's handled quickly, appointments scheduled in a timely manner, callbacks as soon as possible.
The waiting area needs some serious updating, but this does not affect the great care. Have and will continue to highly recommend.“
