My father in law has been going for over 10 years now, very happy with his hearing aides and Pam.
Pam is a consummate professional. She made my visit comfortable and answered all questions. Her testing procedures were the most thorough I’ve ever had. My hearing aids were 7 years old and it was obvious that I needed new ones but she never tried to persuade me to make a purchase. She even gave me my test results to take to a competitor to see if they could be adjusted. That person wanted $300 just to adjust them! I contacted Pam and ordered my new hearing aids. Thank you, Pam, for caring about your patients instead of making a sale. I’m glad you’re my hearing pro.
