I love coming into Restore to utilize the Infared Sauna, it’s personal and has an attached shower so you don’t have to leave feeling yucky. The whole team makes you feel so welcome and you learn so much each time you are in the studio! Special shout out to Mj she’s my favorite! But Victoria, Breena, Brendan, Marci, Loly, Madison, Chase and Trisha are pretty cool too!

I can not say enough about what restore wellness did for my son and healing a major injury faster than expected. He is a goal keeper for the Portland Timbers Academy and has some huge tournaments coming up the next few months…7 weeks ago he shattered the main bone in his hand and ended up needing reconstructive surgery. The week after his surgery I brought him in for IV therapy, and then decided to do a set of 3 hour sessions in the oxygen hyperbaric chamber. With a combination of youth, good diet, IV collagen/other vitamins, and the oxygen therapy he was released back to full contact at only 4 weeks post-op! His hand surgeon said he has never seen anyone heal that fast! The staff at the happy valley restore wellness were so supportive and encouraging during this recovery and I can’t thank them enough. I will be a customer forever and we will definitely be using their services going forward for any injury he has.

I love this place. Red light, cryotherapy and compression are my normal jam! I've recently added the infrared sauna. The IV treatments are great as well!
