The bid was extremely thorough. Communication was very smooth and I received a lot of pictures throughout the process. The workers were very professional and kept the house clear during and after the work completed - many of my neighbors complemented me on this and how quickly and efficiently the work was completed. After getting estimates from 6 other companies, we decided to go with Abel and his team at Klam Construction. He had the most thorough proposal, explained everything and even provided a color-coded drawing so we could see what materials were going where - and why. The crew showed up on time, prepped the work area well, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up well each evening.
