Facial was great! Probably won't be getting massage again.Staff was trying the hard-sell on monthly subscription despite my telling them that it probably wouldn't work for my schedule. Didn't appreciate their continued efforts to get me to sign up; she just wasn't listening to me.

Massages are consistently less time then 50 minutes. I have repeatedly mentioned this at the front desk but they don’t do anything about it. My last massage on Saturday was 40 minutes. I will be canceling my membership.

I believe I was a member here for roughly a year and a half and have finally chosen to cancel.Firstly, when I come to get a massage, I’m there to relax, not be asked constantly for upgrades or deals that are going on that month.Secondly, the massage therapist was great, but has greatly reduced her availability for booking this fall. I enjoy her very much, but since I’m paying a monthly fee and cannot find time with her this seems like a waste of money.Third, I made several appointments online that apparently didn’t go through the system, so when I showed up for my massage, the receptionist said there was nothing booked.
