Although I can't say I approve of Eye Health NW's monopoly in this area, I've never personally had issues with them. And this Doctor/optometrist, whatever she is, is just the nicest, sweetest, and most professional doctor I've seen. I would keep coming back just to see her alone!!
From the time you walk in the front door there is a warm, friendly and professional atmosphere. I appreciate the support staff. And the doctor makes you feel like you're getting the best care. She is knowledgeable and confident and makes you feel like she cares. Rosa in the eyeglasses department is by far number one. She not only knows what she's doing.
But she's very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the service she provides

Dr. Bengtzen was very professional and answered all of my questions. As a senior citizen, I would like to thank Dr. Bengtzen for not being condescending as many doctors often are when speaking to senior citizens. I realize that working with senior citizens is sometimes difficult, but all too often, doctors assume that we do not understand what they are talking about.
