Bo is truly amazing! I went in for a cut and color, and she made the whole experience feel so comfortable and easy. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt completely taken care of. She listened so thoughtfully to what I was hoping for, and the final result was even better than I imagined. The color is beautiful, the cut is perfect, and I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. Bo has such a warm, calming presence—it felt like catching up with a friend while getting pampered. I can’t recommend her enough!

I had gotten creative and put some box semi permanent dye in my hair, that actually permanently dyed my hair. Not what I was going for :( Completely the wrong color. I tried growing it out, putting over the counter correction on it and finally lightening it myself. It was bad, and a huge PROJECT, that not anyone could fix! It should have taken multiple visits. Not only did she do an AMAZING color correction, but I also got a new hair style, that I absolutely LOVE! Who knew that could be the outcome?
