Had the full spectrum infrared sauna. Easy booking. Had bluetooth for your music. Clean. Personal sized sauna. Private sitting area with drinking water, drying off, etc. Also, an open sitting space for tea, water, relaxing, etc.
I found this Gem in Happy Valley over a year ago. I love the facility. It is clean and full of Self Care Amenities!!I have done the float tank, halo room and infrared sauna. The establishment is extremely clean * quiet * tranquil. A+ Rating
Sweet girls on staff. Clean and beautiful facility, tanks are amazing. This place is an oasis for anyone with an anxiety disorder, neurodivervence, or has ADHD, and it teaches you mindfulness and techniques for relaxation all on its own without any external stimulus to distract. The 4 float for $200 deal is a really great place to start for newbies. Highly recommend.
