This office is staffed with really great people. From check-in (Erlynn) to check-out (Wes), every interaction was both friendly and professional, which can be a difficult balance to achieve in healthcare. Alyssa, the assistant, set the stage for a good experience and took extra measures to be sure she got X-rays focused on the teeth I was worried about. Katie, the hygienist, took time to be sure I was comfortable during the cleaning, and gave me some good tips to improve my gum health. I have been telling all of my coworkers to switch their dental insurance to Willamette Dental because my experience has been amazing compared to where I used to go! Why wait six months when you can just wait two weeks?! The ladies that work the front office are so incredibly kind and friendly! They show genuine concern about patient's well-being.
