I went into Ulta at Gresham station yesterday might I say it was a mix and rollercoaster of emotions. The lead of the crew I believe with the red stylish gen z hair was incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. She made up for the mistakes of her team. My biggest issue was that I was ignored most of the time by the others. I had walked in and was not greeted and actually given mean faces by some employers. Really? Is this what my beautiful town of Gresham has come to? Do better people before America becomes a third world country.

While I don’t get the opportunity to get my hair done as often as I’d like, Janet has always put in the care and dedication to have her clients leave happy. I will continue going to her with all my hair wants and needs. She builds trust with her clients through a thorough process, explaining her knowledge on different hair types, and working with you each step of the way to ensure the best results. Would highly recommend to anyone! I feel extra comfortable with her as she is a lgbtq+ safe space
