I recently experienced Excellent customer service at Ulta Beauty. I was helped by a young gentleman named Doveay. He helped me color match my foundation and was very personable. He was quite pleasant. He took the time to help me and gave such great customer service; which I believe is lacking in today’s world. I would like to give Doveay a shot out and although I have been going to Ulta for years and they are great already, Doveay, being there only 5 weeks, definitely adds to this company. Please give this man a raise! Thank you Doveay! I have already told my friends to go see him for great customer service 😊
Jenny is 10/10 the best ulta beauty advisor I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! All of the girls at this store are wonderful, and truly so welcoming and fun to talk to. Jenny has helped me find so many products that i had no idea about and have become fast favorites in my skincare/beauty routine. She is so kind and gives recommendations based on my needs and goals! Caroline is also SO knowledgeable and sweet! This is a great location for anyone learning/getting into makeup for the first time. I’m always a priority when going into the store, thank you Jenny & Caroline !! 💕✨
I’ve been going to Yadira for both my hair and my 4-year-old daughter’s, and she does an amazing job every time. She really takes her time and pays attention to what you want, always double-checking to make sure everything comes out exactly how you like it. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and we always leave happy with the results. She also bilingual, which makes communication even easier and more comfortable. She’s super sweet too—she put hair tinsel on my daughter’s bunny while she was getting her hair done, which made her day! Highly recommend.
