My son left the room crying because of how the cut turned out. The old lady with red hair completely sheared it off. He left it crooked on the front, he couldn't match it after I asked him twice that it was bad on the back. I had told him that I wouldn't cut it short in the front, and I cut it super short and it looked crooked, like in the photo. Especially for the photos I was going to take today because of the day of grace and for waiting more than 1 hour. I asked her if the stylist I always go to could fix it and she said “no because it would be another cut and it was her job.” And in the end he charged me the original price despite leaving everything bad and sheared....read full review
