Mccarthy Brothers Plumbing sent Ricky out for a second opinion at my son’s home after we were told there were several major plumbing repairs needed, including a new water heater, expansion tank, hose bib, and main shut off valve with a very high total estimate. After a careful inspection, Ricky found that the plumbing system was actually in much better shape than expected. The only items that truly needed attention were a low cost expansion tank and a small vacuum breaker repair for the outdoor hose bib, instead of replacing the whole fixture.
