I came and dropped it off, which was a very smooth process. She asked me when I needed the dress done by, I said there was no rush, so I told her whenever, she had it done in 4 business days which didn’t bother me at all, I was in no rush. It was ready for me when I picked up. Very quick and simple. The woman was very nice and lovely.“

“MY HONEST OPINION
At first I was skeptical because they was pushing for cash when I tried to pay card and took 20 cash because that's all I had then let me pay card with the remaining. That was just odd to me. But I can honestly say it was not as bad of an experience. I brung in my 3ft panda bear to have cleaned because mothers day and its where we keep the heart urn of our son so she can always hold him. So leaving him there just made me anxious. (Urn was left at home durning cleaning) could get a new panda but this one has been with us for a long time. This was my 1st time getting it cleaned without us cleaning it. After an anxious 2days I went to go pick it up. All my worries was gone. They did an amazing job with the stuffed animal and they seem to have treated it good which made me feel better. He was clean. The only other complaint I had was his stuffing was not 100% dry but close to it nothing i could not handle in few cycle of dry heat. So overall I would trust them with stuffed animals and with taking my item back again.“
