“MY HONEST OPINION
At first I was skeptical because they was pushing for cash when I tried to pay card and took 20 cash because that's all I had then let me pay card with the remaining. That was just odd to me. But I can honestly say it was not as bad of an experience. I brung in my 3ft panda bear to have cleaned because mothers day and its where we keep the heart urn of our son so she can always hold him. So leaving him there just made me anxious. (Urn was left at home durning cleaning) could get a new panda but this one has been with us for a long time. This was my 1st time getting it cleaned without us cleaning it. After an anxious 2days I went to go pick it up. All my worries was gone. They did an amazing job with the stuffed animal and they seem to have treated it good which made me feel better. He was clean. The only other complaint I had was his stuffing was not 100% dry but close to it nothing i could not handle in few cycle of dry heat. So overall I would trust them with stuffed animals and with taking my item back again.“

“Very impressed by these cleaners. I had a velvet light grey YSL suit with stains from years ago on it after partying a little too hard. I took it to another dry cleaner and they could not get it out. I then took it here and wasn’t expecting them to be able to get it all the way out but they did and they even did a better job cleaning the whole suit in general. It looks so much better and I will definitely be back here for all my dry cleaning needs.“

“The Laundromat is clean and well maintained by the manager or owner. The machines work very well, no mysterious stains appeared on my cloths, the machines do not have foul odors coming from the drums and the dryers are hot hot hot! I really liked this establishment and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, fair priced laundromat.

“SAVED THE WEDDING DAY. BRIDESMAID DRESS NIGHTMARE. I was bridesmaid #1 in my best friends wedding this summer with a gorgeous dusty blue chiffon dress, set to stand right beside my beautiful best friend. At 9am I hung my dress up on a tall wood rmoire (which was recommended by the day of coordinator as she noted it was the go to dress steaming spot) and I began steaming the back of my dress that I had yet to finish. As I went to turn my dress around, to my HORROR- the front of my dress was STUCK to the wood rmoire. I peeled the delicate chiffon off the wood and saw dark wood stain all over the front and center of my bridesmaid dress that I needed to be wearing in 5 hours. I called every cleaners in the area without luck being told their stain specialist wasn't in on Saturdays and they would not be able to complete a job that quick. Isaac answered my call to Swan Cleaners and immediately told me he would clear his schedule, to bring it in as fast as possible. Not only would he be working on my dress, but also his father and stain specialist. I raced my dress to them by 10:30 and the dress was back in my hands looking better than I left it, without a stain in sight, freshly pressed by 1:30PM!!! Isaac and his team were professional, compassionate, and approached my emergency with the urgency it required. I am forever grateful to Swan Cleaners for saving my best friends wedding day and allowing me to keep my #1 bridesmaid spot! I will take any and all of my future dry cleaning to Swan's.
