But as soon as I started seeing Dr. Shim at Premier Dentistry, all of my anxiety around getting dental work done went away! The office is always so calming and clean and everyone makes you feel so comfortable and heard. Everyone is so friendly and truly treats you like family. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually enjoy going to the dentist now and it’s all because of Shim and his wonderful team! “Dr Jenny is fantastic she's honestly out of my 66 years is the best dentist I've ever had she is precise she has these little hands not so little they're just delicate and and tiny and she is done things to my mouth that I never thought was possible but she has and the best work ever!!!!!!!! Everyone in the offices kind courteous they work so well together I just love this dentist office I can actually sleep in the chair as she's working on my mouth who can say they can do that at the dentist office. I was so surprised with the ease of scheduling, check in, and the friendly staff. Also my care plan was itemized and they worked close with my insurance to maximize benefits and reduce out of pocket expenses. They are also very flexible with scheduling so I won't miss much time from work. From the modern equipment to the funny back and forths between co workers I really felt I was in good hands. “I needed a couple of gum grafts and Dr. Russell did an amazing job. He was very professional and easy to work with, and his staff were all incredible. The grafts are healing nicely and he said they look great at my recheck appointment.Even though his office was out of network with my insurance, they took care of everything.The waiting room was comfortable, and all of the equipment in the back looked new and well cared for.I am definitely a nervous nelly when it comes to dental work, yet everyone worked to make sure the process was as easy as possible.
