Customers feel comfortable leaving their pets at the spa, which provides great customer service, though some improvements could be made in sending updates and pictures during the pet's stay.
We were going out of town pretty last minute (within 4 days) and they were able to take my 3 year old German Shepherd in! The property is very beautiful and the staff were excellent!!! My rambunctious doggy was SUPER excited to be there! This was our first time boarding our pup so I was a bit nervous, and also upgraded the package, but it was awesome!!! Drop off was super easy & pick up was smooth as well! The price was far less than I anticipated! For the upgraded package it was around $50 daily.
We will definitely use them in the future!!!
We love this place! We have used them many times the last few years. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Our dog is happy and excited when we pull up to drop him off. They take great care of him and I never have to worry while we are gone.
We have used Countryside often for daycare and boarding for Snoopy since he was a puppy. The staff have gotten to know our family and Snoopy well over the last 2 1/2 years. We use Countryside for maintaining good socialization as well. Snoop is always happy when we go check in, and the staff always have a detailed report of how is day went when I pick him up. We recommend Countryside!
