It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for Armadas Exteriors. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
A single shingle came off the ridge line of my roof during the last rain storm exposing the ridge vent. Worse possible time to have a hole in your roof, and a potential costly repair right before Xmas.
A few other companies came out to give me estimates, and they were putting me 1-2 weeks out for what really was a 15-20 min job. In addition they were obviously trying to upsell other services, which is fine, because I understand the operational cost of a single trip to fix one shingle. Quotes were in the thousands.
David and the team at Armada were amazing to work with! David responded came out quickly and provided a thorough and competitive bid for my roof repair and gutter replacement. The communication with the company was excellent and the teams sent to do the work communicated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Armada Exteriors for any roofing or gutter needs!
