Claire (not sure spelling) was very nice, she opened the place for us after hours and was willing to stay until all my questions were answered. I ended up tiling my bathroom but if I did marble or granite I would go with them, great customer service.

I was ready to have them install and fabricate my granite countertops when we discovered the sink was broken. Claire was so incredibly helpful. She let me leave that huge granite sink there and arrange for a new one to be shipped there while they kept the broken one there to be shipped back when they brought the new one from Lowe’s. With all the delays and no returned phone calls to everyone in Medford and Grants Pass and hearing, Sorry, can’t help you so many times, I wanted to hug this lady. Very helpful and professional, both the front desk and the fabricator, Gary. They went out of their way to help me get a refund from Elemar in Medford for some very poor quality granite that had huge holes in it and helped with a broken sink. Gary did a precise, accurate job installing my granite and took the time educate me on caring for it, even going so far as recommending a product he felt did the best job. I highly recommend Rogue Valley Marble and Granite.
