We live rural and have a difficult time finding help, we had pump issues. Called Pacific Pump and they connected us with Tom. He was prompt in calling me back and stayed on the phone with me to troubleshoot my pump. He stayed late at work to run me through all possible scenarios and once we identified the issue and it was determined it couldn’t be fixed until the next day he called back that evening just to see if everything worked out. Hands down the best customer service and more than we could have hoped for.

Pacific Pump has been the only company I use to service anything my well. Not only are they extremely quick and fairly priced, Tom and his crew have always been a pleasure to deal with. By far the best pump and well service in town.

This company is legit and super honest. I called to get my well pump looked at, and they showed up within the hour. They didn't try to up-sale me like most companies do. The guys that did the service were nice and fast. Thank you and I highly recommend Pacific Pump to anyone in the Rogue Valley.
