This doctor has been helping me for close to eight years and he is the most empathetic and understanding, always seeking solutions. His beside manner is positive and pleasant. His staff is kind and encouraging whether it be a serious illness or a routine exam. I’ve appreciated their helpfulness over the years.
The girls in the office are very nice. Angela, is fantastic, she books appointments as needed in a timely manner. They get your prescription done fast, and orders out. I love how they have a table with paper & box to write prayer request ? I'm so grateful for all the girls in the office!!
This was my first visit to Dr. Heidenger's office. He is very professional and kind, yet VERY down-to-earth. I felt so comfortable talking with him. His medical staff (Stephanie) was caring & friendly. I was referred by a family member. I'm glad I found someone that actually listens to you.
