At no point did I feel like I was an inconvenience, even on such a hectic day. The owners’ young son was especially sweet and thoughtful. He made sure we had plenty of spa water, kept our pedicure tubs filled with warm water, and even apologized for the delays. His kindness and attentiveness really stood out.
