Absolutely amazing! I had my hair done by the same person, Amy, for well over 10 years. I love the hair and the nails, oh my gosh.. let Tracey or Cassie spoil those fingers. All amazing women who care about you and your style. Couldn't ask for more. ?

Ambience is our 'hidden treasure' here in Southern Oregon. Let me tell you what makes them exceptional:After calling about 15 other nail places and leaving subsequent voice messages I made one final, desperate call to Ambience. I was stumbling over my words because after just two rings a warm and friendly voice greeted me. I explained my issue, which was that my 14 year old daughter had gotten her nails done at a local nail salon that morning and they had turned out awful. Because we only had a very small window of time in which to fix them, I had held little hope that we could rescue the situation. Randi msg me as soon as she was able to start setting appointments up for hair. We set a time and she was able to get me in even earlier that day which made me happy since I knew it was going to be a long day at the salon. I sent her pictures of what I wanted and she went above and beyond making my hair just they way I wanted it. I got bangs for the first time in forever and she made sure they were perfect. My favorite thing was she used this product on my hair to take out the dark dye I had in previously and make it my natrual color before starting the process of going red.
