Mountainview includes Allcare Grants Pass. When my doctor has no visits available in Cave Junction she usually has visits available at this location in Grants Pass. There is plenty of parking.
Mountain View Family Practice is outstanding in all areas from reception, to lab, to records, to medical team. I wanted to commend Coral in their Medical Records area today for going the extra mile for this senior citizen. She personally phoned me to clarify and better understand my recent inquiry on my medical records. She was kind, patient, caring, knowledgeable and detail oriented and she went above and beyond to assist me including printing out records for me which took extra time. I am a bit technologically challenged and her doing this extra step puts my mind at ease. I highly recommend Mountain View Family Practice!
I find it strange seeing these bad reviews. I've had the complete opposite of my experience there for the last 10 years. I have seen a doctor that is not my primary there in urgent cases, he had a bad bedside manner. But my primary and his staff have been excellent.
