This review applies specifically to Christian Williams at Insurance Lounge. She put me multiple times at ease when I experienced high anxiety about loosing my car insurance within days because the paper trail didn’t coordinate within a given short time frame.

I recently needed to make some changes to my policy. When I called them up I had the pleasure of speaking with Christian, whom helped me with everything I needed, and then some she was very polite and understanding of what I was wanting to change and did all the back end work reaching out to my insurance company so I didn’t have to. I have changes that need to be made in the future and she even put in her calendar to give me a call at that time for a reminder. Have been very satisfied with this company.
