I can’t even find the words to express how grateful I am to Caveman Heating & Air for their incredible generosity and support! Winning their heat pump giveaway has been life-changing for me. Due to ongoing health issues, I found myself in a difficult financial situation. I was paying for a home warranty company, trusting that they would cover necessary repairs. When my system needed to be replaced, they bailed on me and refused to cover it. This left me in a position where I simply couldn’t afford to replace it, and I didn’t know what I was going to do. After suffering through intermittent failures on our old (25 years) heat pump system, and enduring more than a few sweltering 100+ days in the August heat, we were more than ready to have a new system installed. We worked with Ron on the sales portion, and he answered all of our questions and came up with a great recommendation on a new GE system. Within a week the parts were in, and the crew was onsite. Anthony and Joe did a great job on the installation, and were very courteous and conscientious as they went about their work. Very happy overall with the level of service, communication, and great work done by the team at Caveman!
It has been a great experience working with Caveman and Ron Stranahan. They were able to get me a state rebate on our new heatpump that covered half the cost. Keith and Sean who came out to install were friendly and professional, navigated the dogs, and answered all my questions. The results are great- house is cool in every room- and my electric bill is going to be much lower which is very important to me. I highly recommend Caveman!
