Today my real estate agent called out Caveman Heating & Air. And I was called by the receptionist and said they could come out within the hour. Wow! Bobby and Joe showed up and I explained the situation and felt I knew what the problem was and the fix to replace my fan motor as it was popping my breaker on the AC unit. I talked to Bobby about and and he tested the fan motor and the compressor motor and he felt it was the overload jolt of power that was tripping my breaker. He installed a Super Boost and Relay and hard start capacitor. And that resolved the problem. They also replaced one other blower capacitor in the attic as they tested it which was failing. We’ve been in the annual system check with the CavemanClub since moving to Grants Pass in 2017. Yesterday Mario came out to do the pre-summer check, thankfully every thing is working well. Mario was here for a bit, up in the attic and in the backyard, he did a quick and efficient job and informed us about what he was doing. Also friendly and respectful (even the dog liked him).
