I took my cat here for an FHO surgery in July of 2024, Dr Webster WAS kind to ME during this time and again in November when my cat needed the surgery again. however, the way I saw him act rough with my cat the second time I went in (Pulling his legs that had the FHO surgery/ needed the surgery and just being rough when my cat is a really sweet boy). At every Vet even the Specialty center they said he was well behaved Dr Webster said he was not well behaved and scratched him. Now 1 year Post Op from the first hip surgery and almost a year from the second surgery my cat is a totally different cat. he’s TERRIFIED of blankets/the bed/clothes. I took him to his normal vet recently and was told that this is LIKELY due to how Dr Webster treated my cat while he was under his care. I was thankful for the surgery and quick response however now I am not so thankful as my cat who used to be such a fun loving outgoing boy and is only 2 1/2 has scratched me and my fiancé multiple times over blankets and the bed. The rest of his quality of life and ours is ruined after spending $3000+ at this clinic for him to be mistreated is wild to me. I would NOT recommend Dr Webster. Spend the extra money and go to a smaller vets office because they’re not going to abuse your animal. He is money hungry and that’s that.

I just moved here to Grants Pass and needed to find a veterinarian for my not socialized mountain dog. I found Animal hospital in Grants Pass. I needed a vets office that would allow me to bring my dog in on a non busy time frame to get my dog used to coming into the vet with out being scared. For her to be weighted and to get used to the employees. I was so pleased with how the receptionist and the assistant came out and let my dog get used to them and to not be scared. It was so calming and my dog did a great job. I did this for about a week and a half before her appt. When it was time for her appt. The doctor was so loud and angry that my dog immediately got so scared and wouldn't even let the assistant touch her after she was friendly with him for that whole week and a half. The staff was amazing but the doctor was horrible!! I had to tell her 2 many times to calm down and I questioned her about why she was so angry. This definitely is not a vet for me or my dog. Very sad

Girl in pink scrubs needs to fix her attitude and not yell at owners. If she’s the help, she should actually be HELPFUL. Other than that front desk is nice and I was in out very easy for my dogs shots. Will probably take my business somewhere else if I see that girl again.

Dr. Lorrain is the best. She is very caring and loves the animals she works with. She is also very frank and doebeat around the bush with her diagnosis. No sugar coating from her. I really appreciate that.

They are reasonably prized and friendly. This is a great vet.

If you go at all, see the women doctor. The technicians are great. But the owner I will not support such a business with him running it. Yelling at staff and being unprofessional and demeaning. I hope someone calls the cops on him.

My senior dog was having trouble with his eye for a week, the night before I went to Animal Hospital of grants pass a piece of my fur babies eye popped out. I was hysterical, crying all night and all morning hoping and praying that someone would help my old little guy. I just moved to grants pass and I am looking for work so money is very tight and I called about twenty vets to see if any of them would squeeze my baby in, a lot of them were cold to me and told me tough luck we don't take emergency patients. Time seemed to be running out and my baby was fighting hard, I was so nervous no one was going to see him and he'd pass away due to so much distress.

My auntie reached out to a friend that has lived here her whole life, she suggested I take my dog in to animal hospital of grants pass because the vet is kind and the staff is always compassionate. I went in immediately tears rushing down my face, I told the woman at the front desk what had happened, she was genuinely concerned and empathized with me but she said unfortunately they were not accepting new patients and wrote down some referrals she thought would be helpful, even for that act of kindness I was grateful.

Dr. Webster overheard my situation and said he would help my dog Chuck right then and there. Dr. Webster and the vet techs were so kind and considerate to old Chuck, the whole staff showed my baby so much kindness and care. Dr. Webster gave me hope that some Vets genuinely care about people and their animals, he cleaned up Chucks eye and prescribed medicine for a very amazing price. He gave me more time with my senior dog and I could not be more grateful, Just seeing my little old man spirits back up, wagging his tail has been such a true blessing. Thank you so much to Dr. Webster and the entire staff, I will never ever forget the kindness you showed us and our fur baby. 10/10 I would recommend this Animal Hospital!!! ❤️

I called and asked if they accept walk-ins and the woman who answered said no. I asked if she knew of any other vets in Grants Pass who accepted walk-ins and she was very rude and said “I can’t talk to you right now, I have animals to put in rooms.” She then put me on hold and I waited 5 minutes before hanging up.

With this being my only interaction with this business, I would not recommend them.

Our dog had eaten rat poison and we jumped in the truck looking for a vet. My husband suggested Animal Hospital of GP since it was close, and I pulled in with no appointment. The reaction at the front desk was immediate empathy which I deeply appreciated. They were able to get us in and 20 minutes after ingestion, they had our dog throwing up the poison. Dr. Webster and his staff were compassionate, knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could understand. I am so grateful for the care that Nellie received and we won't be going anywhere else in the future.
