We have used this company multiple times and have had a great experience on each occasion. Brendon and team work well together. We can understand why they are so busy, they are good workers and do quality work

Called this company on October 1 for any appointment to clean my chimney. It took Brendon 1 week to return my call and said it would be about 10 days. Would call the day before. On that day no call. I called again and again it takes a week to have any body return a call. Then when I am out of town they call and leave a message. Again I call back and ask for a return call or I need to get someone else. NO RESPONSE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Not professional and owner asleep at the wheel.

If I could post less than 1 star I would. Attempted to give them my business on 5 occasions when I called. Yet the business would not stop a time as he would have to look at his schedule. 3 of the 5 times called he blew me off and said I will call you back when I'm in the office. Apparently he must not go to the office as I was never called back. The other 2 times I left a message. If this is the normal for them than it's probably better that they did not come out. Good luck!
