We called these guys on Wednesday, Sept. 15 at 2:00 to have them come out and fix our one and only shower. You cannot talk to ANYONE who works there, only a dispatcher. We were assured that someone would contact us. We called again at 5:00. Called again the next morning at 8.30. Again at 11:30, and the last time at 1:00. Nobody ever bothered to even call us back even though the lady that I talked to the last time was the same one that I had talked to twice previously. She was very apologetic. Do yourself a favor and call Mr Rooter. They took care of the problem.

Called them to fix a mis-plumbed solar water heater. Wouldn't have DARED to call back the original installer. Dan did a quick and thorough repair for a very reasonable cost, even though the specifics were complicated. I'm impressed.
