“I was extremely impressed with Kristen‘s expertise, encouragement, and patience with me and my many questions. Even though I’m very familiar with PT I learned a lot from Kristen. I didn’t realize how much connected muscle groups can have an effect on other areas of your body, etc. I left the session feeling like I finally had a plan in place that will actually work! I highly recommend Kristen for whatever your physical needs/goals are. She’s amazing!”
