2655 Lake Earl Dr, Crescent City“Great community and strong enthusiasm at 5am in this great local gym. Definitely worth a drop-in if you want a Crossfit workout (I think they subscribe to Mayhem for their programming). Gym is well-equipped.
Note the new address (1180 Northcrest Dr, Crescent City, CA 95531). At present their new location is not signed and the rest of the building is vacant—look out for members showing up at the scheduled workout time.“

“Five stars. I'm just visiting the area, but this gym is part of the Trivity/Prime/Silver Sneakers, so I joined for my visit. This place is fantastic for moderate to advanced users. It seems like a friendly and welcoming environment, the young lady who signed me up was polite and friendly, and all of the other patrons I interacted were as kind and friendly as one would expect while in a workout. The only reason I am not encouraging a brand new person to jump right in here, is because this is a seasoned fitness center. They have some old equipment that is wicked cool (Nautilus Super Pullover), but old. Yellowed. Plates are of several varieties, dumbbells are abused. This is NOT a negative, it's like a well used hammer. The variety of weights are all sorted and organized. The place has a weird layout. Three rooms for exercise, a hallway with some reverse escalators, a basketball court (?!?!?!), raquet ball, but organized, clean. The rule wall shows their rules are for the greater good, there isn't a lug alarm here. I think I'm only going to have one more lift here before September 2027, but I am delighted to have experienced this. Sorry about the photos, I don't want my picture taken at the gym, so I tried to make sure I didn't take pictures of the other patrons.“
