“I've been taking my Australian Labradoodle there 2 days a week for a year now, and she absolutely loves it there. She is so excited at the entrance and to see the staff.Everyone there is professional, friendly, and show they care about their guests. They also work hard to keep the place clean.The owner does a great job of balancing everything (safety, prices, hours, procedures, etc.). “Dog Buddies Daycare has been so great for our family! Our pup is timid due to some bad experiences in the past with aggressive dogs. He's been able to get over his timidness and make so many friends at Dog Buddies due to the great staff who monitor the play and always make sure each Dog is having a great time. They even post to their Instagram story everyday so you can see pictures and videos of your dog to check in on them and see how many friends they've made. Highly recommend!“

“Our 15 y/o cat was terminally ill and had to be put down. I didn’t want his long time Vet/staff who’d developed a relationship with him to have to do it so a friend recommended Oswego Vet. Dr. Naomi and her assistant were so respectful and kind and came to our home to make it less stressful for all of us. The treatment was humane and gentle.A few days later, Dr. Naomi sent a handwritten sympathy card with his (ink) paw prints. And then they sent separate card to say that a tree had been donated in his honor to the Arbor Day foundation. I’m so moved and grateful and can’t say enough good things about this practice. They made a horrible decision more bearable. I’m so pleased that there’s a little tree out there with GIR’s name on it??“

“Magic! ? I got a rescue pup last year and he had trauma around grooming. Since then we have been trying to find someone who can work with him, his anxiety, and his sassiness when he gets groomed. It has been tough - many groomers wouldn’t take us.Albert was willing to take us on and he worked magic!! I sat in on the whole groom and saw how gentle and encouraging he was with my little pup. My dog did not snap or get really scared like he has in the past. His haircut is so cute - he looks like a little cloud.Albert has a truly unique spirit to work with dogs and exudes a vibe that gives them comfort. He only works with one dog at a time; other groomers will take on numerous dogs and cage your pet till they’re ready & they don’t have the same ability to work with an anxious dog. So many dogs don’t like to be groomed, not just my dog, and by the end of the session my little one trusted Albert. Albert really helped allay anxiety for me, too, because it’s been a hard journey until now.There’s even parking for drop offs.“

He comes home after a half day stay, prerry exhausted and well exercised.The staff remembers Rupert every time and let's us know how things went while he is there. The location is very convenient, the staff is great, and our dog is learning some good dog manners from playing and socializing with the dogs there. This is our third month bringing Rupert there, and we couldn't be happier.“
