“I'm a first time customer. Arrived at Michelle's home and found the bird rooms and cages very clean. She has separate rooms for small and large birds so I felt very safe leaving my little guy there. When I picked him up 2 weeks later he was happy and healthy. Michelle is very nice and she obviously loves parrots. I'd highly recommend trusting her with boarding your bird and the rates were very reasonable.“

“If you had told me that when I walked in, my life was about to change I would have laughed at you. My sweet puppy Lucifer is a monster in the bath. The jumping, the whining, the bathroom covered in soap and water and all the dirty stinky towels that would accumulate on my bathroom floor, became a distant memory when I met Julie. She brought us to a tub, showed us how everything worked and gave us tips on calming Lucifer's anxiety. And for the first time, we enjoyed giving him a bath. I never knew I would LOVE a self serve grooming business this much and we are so grateful for Julie. We will definitely return.“

“I’ve been taking my Samoyed here for years, Myra is great and super nice , and I always request only she sees Cosmo. But there is another girl at this location that NEVER smiles and always looks angry, with awful attitude. I’ve been at this location many many times and each time I smile at her and say hi and she just looks at me angrily. This is such an awful look for this business , and I’m actually afraid of her touching Cosmo. Very rude and unnecessary attitude. I’m only giving a 4 star because of Myra, the other girl would get less than 0.“

“The price is very expensive for me, but Mario is by far the best in the business. He did my little, elderly dog in half the time and she was calm as could be when I picked her up. She was cut well too boot. Somehow I'll have to come up with the bucks to keep going back to him.“

“Cannot say enough about how wonderful they are here. Much like everyone else in the reviews has said our rescue puppy has huge anxiety about her paws being touched and her nails being trimmed. The vet told us our only option was putting her under which is insanely expensive to do multiple times a year. When we came here Mark was extremely comfortable, kind and confident. While there was lots of barking and growling she got through the whole thing and was happy and licking peanut butter by the time we left, we will absolutely be back.“
