After a house fire I waited almost three days for Service Team of Professionals (STOP) to come finish the board up job they started which left the hole in my roof that remained exposed through overnight rains. F.I.R.E. came to the house within the hour we contacted them and had the roof covered within the following hour. When I asked to meet the project manager that would actually lead my project, John, I was able to meet him the same day which other companies avoided. As a design professional I have high standards and a high level of construction/design knowledge. John was always there to hear any input I had and to make sure that the job was being executed to my expectations and standards. He was attentive, detail oriented and accountable - really the best you can hope for. It made the process of being displaced and rebuilding much smoother. Troy was excellent at doing the estimate with my insurance claims representative and submitting any items of discovery to ensure I got full coverage of my claim. Teresa was fantastic at helping manage and communicate with my mortgage company, which changed hands midway through the project. I have recommended Greg and his team, especially John, for several projects already and stand by that. I'm back in my house and have no issues or complaints in construction quality, timeline, or follow-up. Thanks team!
Greg and Scott were amazing. They worked with us for 7 1/2 months we were out of our home. They listened to us, walked us through every step of the process. When we had questions they explained everything. If they didn’t have the answer, they got the answer and called. There is not enough room on here to tell about everything they did, but I have no complaints what so ever. That does not happen very often in life. I highly recommend them. The experience we had on the day of our house fire was that there were company representatives from other restoration companies within the hour after the fire began. That meant they monitored the emergency radio waves. I saw, what I found out later, were contracts in hand. We were in shock and vulnerable. I am so glad we did not talk to any of them. I found FIRE Restoration through a friend who knew them by reputation. 5 stars is not enough of a rating.
