“I've taken my son to Sierra a few times now. My son has a hard time accepting new people and settings at first and sitting still. The first time he sat on my lap, then every other time sat on his own and talked to sierra, watched his shows and had a blast. Now he asks me to go to the "hair cut store" when he wants to go out and play.“

“I have been going to this salon for years. Everyone is their own contractor and manages they're own schedules, what services they provide, and they all have individual spaces with partitions between them. It can seem closed off but it provides some privacy for those who don't like others to see them without their hair fixed (or wrapped in foils or rods). Customer service is amazing and personal. Other stylist even learn your name and greet you (if they're not already engaged with their own clients). My stylist has done almost every color and style on my hair, and my hair has gone from straight to curly to wavy and she has always found a cut that fit my style, face, and at the level of maintenance I was willing to keep up with.“

“I came in and worked with Angela, she was awesome from start to finish. I called about a week ago and asked about prices and what would be the best route for my hair. Like expected she said she couldn’t tell me over the phone and asked me to come in so she could take a look. Came in a couple days later she sat down looked over my hair and we set up an appointment that worked well with my schedule. Came in and she was very honest the whole time.
