Our 20+ year-old AC unit finally died, and just like they did when they replaced our ancient furnace three years ago, Earthwise Heating and Cooling came through for us again. From Pam in the office to Chris and the field team, every interaction was professional, caring, and courteous—we truly felt like we were being treated like family.

So thankful for their tech repairing our AC. A different company came out and told us we needed to replace a switch and the cost was very high. After debating replacement or repair, Earthwise came in and were very confident that they could repair it for a fraction of the cost of what the other company said.
Not only did they repair at an affordable price, their in-depth diagnosis showcased that it wasn't even the part that the other company said was broken. Experience matters, and their tech came through for us! Thank you, thank you!!
