We recently had a full composition roof replacement completed, including new roof sheeting and gutters on our lakeside home in Lake Oswego. We could not be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Kade, Dillan, Kimberly, and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the project.
They took the time to inspect the existing roof structure carefully and recommended replacing damaged sheeting to ensure the new roof would have a solid long lasting foundation. Although weather delayed our planned starting date, we subsequently did enjoy the full attention of almost two full crews over the course of a couple days. Each of the gentlemen there were considerate, always willing to answer questions, clarify concerns, and explain procedures. The clean-up each day was thorough, leaving things in order for the next day's work. The repairs needed were professionally handled and the little extras that define a careful job made for a solid experience. Professionalism is extremely important to me and they are the definition of professionalism in my opinion. I want to mention Chris and Dylan because they were extremely attentive and helpful. The quality of the products they use is superior. I am very pleased and impressed with how well this business operates. The team really works well together.
