Levi did a great job! We had our pump stop working late a couple nights ago. We got ahold of Clearwater the following morning. They were out within a couple hours and while we were expecting hundreds, if not thousands, in repair costs, it ended up being way less complicated than we expected. They were fast and honest. We are beyond grateful!!
Joe, Levi, and Jose were all 3 fantastic. Joe came out quickly and diagnosed my well problem. Brad estimated and cost and had his crew out there in 4 days with a new pump, installed it in 10 hours with 580 feet of pipe and wire, and the job was as professional as it could be and all the techs were very personable and informative. I had Joe Sims from Clearwater Pump Service come to my house to figure out some ongoing issues with our water system. I’d already called several other companies, but either they refused to take the job or sent someone who got overwhelmed and gave up without identifying the problem.
When I called Clearwater, I explained all this to the friendly person who answered. We actually had a good laugh about it, and he assured me he’d send someone with a lot of experience who could get to the bottom of it.
