“We’ve only been with Osborne for the past four months. We have three puppies and so far their customer service has been fantastic. The vet has an awesome bedside manner. They explain everything and the cost. We were at Veneta vet clinic for the past six years, hour drive, two hour wait hour drive home. Different vet. Every time we went there staff was cordial. It was getting too complicated. Last week our senior dog had a seizure at home and did not recover. She had to be put down. I can’t say enough about all the staff at Osborne, how kind, considerate and empathetic they were under a difficult emotional situation. Thank you Osborne!!!“
