Jo is terrific to deal with, very responsive and empathetic, very professional while also being friendly and positive.I brought in my 10 year old laptop, which I had upgraded 4 yrs. ago, but now it suddenly wouldn't boot up at all. Jo quickly diagnosed the trouble; the motherboard had finally died.She offered to provide a completely refurbished laptop at a very reasonable price, and she would clone the hard drive, saving all my files, photos, etc. to the new one, as well as the current Office bundle, and 1 terabyte SSD and 16 mb RAM.So I went back home with the new laptop, and couldn't be happier. Jo is a genuine pro, and when I hit a snag with the monitor color she offered to reload everything on a different laptop for me if the monitor couldn't be adjusted further at no charge. We did resolve the monitor color, and now it's just perfect!So I am VERY happy with Jo's service and expertise, and would certainly highly recommend FTS to anyone and everyone in the Florence or mid coast area.
