I was locked out of Windows and Microsoft said my only recourse was to reformat my hard drive. I went to FTS and explained the problem and was promised they could fix it . Because I was in the middle of a project Jolene worked on her day off to get me back up and running. All this for the modest amount she quoted. I was so grateful I paid more than the bill in gratitude. No problems since she fixed it.
Jolene has helped me multiple times, for years—helping me w/internet connection, upgrading memory and selling me a refurbished laptop. Will be seeing her again soon for a tutoring appointment. Jolene is the best, so smart, capable and she doesn’t talk down to me even though I’m a boomer!
I was having some issues with my computer and took it to FTS Computer Repair for the first time. She was very pleasant and was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it for me. I would definitely recommend and will use them again.
