Hair By Emilee C is a salon where the stylist is amazing at what she does and works her magic. Clients are consistently happy 100% of the time, with many stating they have never been happier with their hair. She is incredible, with top-notch color skills, and does exactly what clients envision and ask for. She is highly recommended specifically for long beachy blonde hair. The stylist is very professional, the sweetest human, and easy to talk with, which makes appointments better. After past bad salon experiences, clients find beautiful hair again here and will never let another person touch their hair.
Emilee is the best. I have spent a amount of time searching the coast up and down for anything remotely close to the quality you can get in New York City for blond highlights (no offense intended, I much prefer Oregon to New York, but…) and I finally found it Emilee. Highly recommend.
Emilee is amazing! I missed my strawberry blonde hair as the red has mostly turned grey. She gave me exactly what I wanted, and I highly recommend her. My daughter has also been very happy with her experiences here.
