Thank you SO much for helping my Dad with his furnace after another local company had come in and attempted to fix the issue incorrectly and even left him in a dangerous and worse situation- my Dad was moved to tears sharing with me your kindness and expert knowledge even reaching out to the previous company to help them understand what went wrong and perhaps even helped them do better in the future . I am so pleased having had our ductless heat pump installed last summer. We were resolved to using the wall mount unit until it was suggested by Steve, the owner, to upgrade to a low-profile ceiling cassette. It is hardly noticeable and definitely worth it.We have seen such a change in our power and heating bill. All instructions were given regarding use, maintenance and settings. I know if we keep this unit maintained (clean the filters) it will last us many years to come.Bonus, it has AC for the rare hot days.What a great job.
