Over the years Beauty Is Skin Deep has done my facial tattooing 4 - 5 times. Today Liz did my upper lid eyeliner. I trust both Liz and her sister Joyce with my permanent makeup tattooing and will always highly recommend them. And love Donna at the front desk too - thank you for the postcard reminder, Donna!
