There is nothing but good things to say about Michael and his " crew" !!!!!! We had a substantial water leak up stairs from a toilet, after a weekend out of town, that ended up leaking through the ceiling onto the downstairs floor. causing about 40k worth of damage. after performing mitigation, Michaels crew replaced about 1300 sq feet of flooring down stairs( the newer flooring I had installed about five years ago was discontinued), they moved all of my belongings from room to room, I did not have to lift a flinger. they even found some damage that was not caused by the original water leak and they took care of it. The guys who did the work were excellent. They fixed the water damaged floor by my front door and replaced my door. They were very kind and professional and helpful. They forgot to fix a little thing so I sent their staff a couple emails and was told someone would be out to fix it.They left me a bill at my front door but didn't fix the issue so I'm not sure if they even got the message. So I fixed it myself, no biggie I guess. I called and emailed about having some additional work done and nobody returned my email or calls. I guess they don't want return business?Services: Flooring
